Organized under the coordination of the Association of Social and Economic Perspective (SEPDER) in collaboration with Istanbul University, Düzce University, and the International University of Sarajevo, the SEPDER International Social Policy Congress will be held both in-person and online in Sarajevo on May 17–18 under the theme "International Triple Transition". Focusing on global transformations, the congress brings together academics, researchers, and experts from around the world. Aiming to discuss contemporary social transformations and the role of social sciences in the face of these developments, the congress seeks to bring together all different sub-disciplines of the field on a common platform through a multidisciplinary approach. Sessions covering a wide range of topics—from digitalization to sustainability, cultural diversity to economic inequalities—will address the solutions offered by social sciences to global issues. Offering options for both physical and online participation, the congress will enable the sharing of innovative ideas and the development of international collaborations.
