The Association for Social and Economic Perspective (SEPDER) was founded to bring together academics, researchers and graduate students working in the social sciences and economics on a shared scholarly platform. The association supports the study of social and economic questions through interdisciplinary, evidence-based methods.

To become an internationally recognised platform for scholarly collaboration that keeps knowledge in the social sciences rigorous, accessible and applicable.
Our Mission
To organise congresses, symposia and workshops where academic work is shared; to support the scholarly development of early-career researchers; and to build lasting collaborations between researchers from different disciplines.
Our Goals
Hold national and international academic events at regular intervals.
Publish accepted papers in peer-reviewed abstract and full-text proceedings.
Offer methodology and academic writing training for graduate students.
Develop institutional partnerships with universities and research centres.
